At AmScope, we stand behind the quality of our optical instruments and offer a 30-day return window for most products to ensure your complete satisfaction. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories and documentation to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Pack Your Instrument

  Securely pack the microscope or accessory in its original factory box, ensuring all lenses, slides, and power adapters are safely included.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own trackable shipping method to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
